SLCFAC Group Exercise Classes

1.  MOTIVATION:  It's inspiring and motivating to be surrounded by dedicated, like-minded individuals.

2.  STRUCTURE:  Each class is structured with a warm up,balanced workout moves and a cool down.

3.  PROPER FORM:  Proper form is important for your muscles to reap the most out of exercise and elimnates potential injuries.

4.  FUN!  Group exercise classes are fun!  They provide a great workout with upbeat music and a group of people motivating one another.
